BDZ Support Call Center (24/7)
The Information Call Center of BDZ - Passenger Services, supports all passengers traveling or whiling to travel with the company. On phone 02 931 11 11 (domestic calls) or +359 2 931 11 11 (from abroad), the customers can obtain actual information on timetables on domestic and international routes, ticket prices, discounts and group travel, current train movement on specific routes, re-validations and complaints support.
Support in Bulgarian language is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (incl. holidays and weekends), while in English is limited from Monday to Friday between 07:00 - 21:00. Pre-recorded travel assistance information in English is available at unsupported time slots.
